- Compilation of the Soweto Land Regularization Program for all Council owned properties for the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality.
- Compilation of land assessment and best use studies for properties to determine the best potential development for properties.
- Compilation of Urban Design Framework Proposals for vacant land in Soweto.
- Compilation of a Land Release Strategy for Randfontein Local Municipality for the development of the park even;
Implementation of the Soweto Land Regularization Program through the rezoning of 403 erven in the Greater Soweto;
Implementation of the Jabulani Urban Design Framework, through the amendment of the General Plan of the township;

Ernst de Wet is a Town Planner with more than 38 years’ experience in Provincial Government, Local Government and the Private Sector, as well as the development of several shopping centres and residential developments. He is also a property developer and businessman in the retail sector.

Andre Enslin is a Town Planning Consultant in the Private Sector since 1995 and specializes in the management of town planning projects on behalf of Local Government and Private Property Developers. He often performs the role of lead consultant on projects and manages the project team for effective service delivery.
